Paul joined Sage as company accountant in 1984, one of only seven members of staff. He became Finance Director in 1987, and two years later the company was floated on the London Stock Exchange.
He was appointed Chief Executive of The Sage Group plc in 1994, and has led the organisation to become a worldwide leader in business management solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Paul was appointed a non-executive director of Diageo plc in May 2002. He began his career as a chartered accountant with the international accountants Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). He graduated in Economics at York University.
Christophe Letellier
General Manager, Sage ERP X3 Worldwide![]()
Christophe Letellier started his career at IBM where he held a variety of sales positions, before becoming Director of Industrial Sector, then Director of Software Division Western Europe, and member of the Executive Committee of IBM France.
In 2001, he joined PeopleSoft in charge of running the French operations and was appointed Group Vice President and General Manager Southern Europe.
He was then appointed General Manager EMEA at Openwave Systems.
He joined Sage in France in December 2006, as General Manager of Mid-sized and Large Businesses Division.
In December 2009, Christophe extended his role and was appointed General Manager Sage ERP X3 Worldwide, as well as General Manager of Mid-sized and Large Businesses Division in France. Since then, he has been in charge of developing Sage presence in the ERP market for mid-sized enterprises, worldwide
Himanshu Palsule
Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Marketing of Sage Business Solutions and GM for Specialized Solutions
As Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Marketing of Sage Business Solutions, Himanshu Palsule is responsible for directing product strategy and marketing across a range of award winning products, including the company’s ERP, CRM, and vertical industry solutions.
Mr. Palsule also serves as GM over the division’s Specialized Solutions Business Unit, which includes HRMS and Fixed Assets solutions as well as the division’s Value product lines.
In prior roles at Sage, Mr. Palsule has been the General Manager for the ERP and CRM products across Sage North America.
Mr. Palsule has more than 20 ?years of experience in the accounting and financial industry and has been a regular speaker at several industry events.
He holds a degree in computer science from India and a degree in software engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Emmanuel Obadia![]()
Senior VP, Sage ERP X3 & FRP
Emmanuel Obadia joined Sage Software as Senior VP Sage ERP X3 & FRP in 2007 to create the Enterprise Products Management division covering ERP and Financial solutions for mid-market and large enterprises. He is leading strategy, market analysis, functional and technical definition of products as well as their marketing, Worldwide regarding ERP solutions. Emmanuel joined Sage from Sun Microsystems, where he lead field software marketing as the director of world-wide field software product marketing for three years after running Marketing, Channel and Alliances sales in a combined organization for Sun in France.
Prior to Sun, Emmanuel was director of marketing & alliances sales at PeopleSoft France, member of the management committee. Between 1994 and 2001, Emmanuel held various positions in Lotus Development starting as Communication Business Unit Manager for France mainly focused on Lotus Notes marketing; then moved to the role of Product Sales Manager. He was promoted in 1998 as Director of Technology Group for EMEA He then stepped in as Director of Marketing and e-business development f?or IBM Software, Western Europe. In 1990, Emmanuel served four years as the Director of Marketing and Chief Technology Officer at Kortex, a European modem manufacturer. He started his career in 1986 as the founder and CEO of KSI, a software editor in France.
He holds an engineer degree in telecommunications from the Institut National des Télécommunications, France.
